This Funding & Finance Support Workshop considers the financial aspects of delivering early years education and childcare. We examine the possible changes we can make in order to maximise our profits when delivering funded hours to children. And we look at how funding may impact your business model.
The course looks at how to ensure we can meet all the legislative requirement when delivering funded hours, whilst looking at ways in which we can re-structure our funded offer to parents. We have delivered this course on behalf of several Local Authorities and have been able to support early years settings to become more sustainable.
Our workshop is aimed at day nursery owners, finance managers, pre-schools and playgroup treasurers whose model of delivering funding to children is impacting their profit margins.
This Funding & Finance Support in the Early Years enables you to:
- Be able to maximise your income for funded children
- Create a pricing structure that meets all legal requirements
- Minimise losses and restrict what hours you lose money on
- Leave with all the knowledge and tools you need to implement in your setting
In Funding & Finance Support for Early Years, we will discuss other aspects of your business finances and ways of making savings in other areas of the business.
