This Stepping up to Management course is aimed at practitioners who are looking to move up to Room Leader or beyond.
This practical training course in leadership and management is perfect for people about to make the move to Room Leader or beyond. It will help people understand that they will be much more effective in their job if they can achieve the co-operation of the people around them in a team spirit.
To get the best out of the course, we recommend up to 30 Delegates, numbers above this can be facilitated although there will need to be an additional charge.
We can also deliver this course face to face. There will be an additional cost to venues over 35 miles away from B80 7HJ.

Making the transition from practitioner to Supervisor or Manager requires an understanding of how to manage team members effectively. Developing the skills necessary to be a successful supervisor or manager can sometimes be very difficult.
Course length: 3 hours
We can deliver our courses either face t facce or via Zoom Live. We use many different methods to make sure courses are as interactive as possible and do expect delegates to have cameras on and sound on when required. We also request that you take part in the feedback on our courses in order that we can improve our services every time. We provide individual certificates for all of our courses.
