Effective supervisions should support meaningful staff development and are an essential element for every Nursery or Pre-School. However, they are often not as effective as they should be and can be time-consuming. By preparing both the supervisor and the supervisee this dynamic can be changed and supervisions become the tool for improvement that they were always meant to be. This course provides all the insights to be able to ensure supervisions can run smoothly and effectively.
