We examine the possible changes we can make in order to maximise our profits when delivering funded hours to children. And we look at how funding may impact on your business model. We take into account all of the aspects of the legislation that was published in February 2025 ready for implementation in April 2025.

This bespoke Early Years Entitlement Funding consultancy looks at how to ensure we can meet all the legislative requirements when delivering funded hours, whilst looking at ways in which we can re-structure our funded offer to parents. We have delivered this programme to individual settings and on behalf of several Local Authorities’ and have been able to support the sector to become more sustainable.
Our programme is aimed at day nursery owners, finance managers, pre-schools and playgroup treasurers whose model of delivering funding to children is impacting on their profit margins.
