Faz Hajihassany brings over 15 years of experience across leadership, sales and operational management into the early years training and consultancy sector. With a background that spans hospitality, telecoms and specialist retail, Faz has consistently delivered growth by combining commercial acumen with outstanding customer service and team development.
Faz began his career in hospitality before moving into corporate account management and sales strategy. His ability to build strong, trusted relationships with clients has made him a natural fit for the early years sector, where empathy, clarity, and a passion for outcomes are essential. Across every role, Faz has demonstrated a consistent ability to drive results, increase customer loyalty, and streamline operations.
Now at MBK Early Years, Faz is the Business Sales Support Manager, a key member of the leadership team. His role involves managing customer relationships, supporting operational processes, and helping MBK scale its training and consultancy services across the UK. He also works closely with the marketing team to support automation and campaign strategy, ensuring that customer journeys are seamless and impactful.
Faz lives in Worcestershire and thrives on connection, whether that’s working with nursery managers to identify their training needs or representing MBK at national conferences and events. He brings a grounded, thoughtful approach to everything he does, always seeking practical ways to improve outcomes for children, practitioners and business owners alike.
