Our Early Years Initial Consultancy Visit provides a supportive starting point for your provision. An experienced Early Years consultant will spend time getting to know your provision, observing practice and discussing your priorities with leaders and practitioners.
Before the visit, we will arrange a call to discuss your provision, current priorities and any areas where you would particularly like support. This helps us shape the day so it is focused and useful for you and your team.
The day will be structured around where support is most needed. This may include a review of your curriculum, time spent in rooms observing children’s experiences, speaking with the staff team, exploring environments, routines and interactions, and identifying areas where further development may be helpful.
The visit can support your wider reflection on the quality of your Early Years provision, including areas that may be relevant within the Ofsted inspection framework, while remaining focused on practical development and support.
Following the visit, you will receive a written report with clear feedback, recommendations and practical next steps. This can be used to inform a focused development plan and help you decide what further support may be most valuable for your provision.
Once purchased, we will contact you to arrange your pre-visit call and consultancy visit.
