The emphasis on the new judgement for Quality of Education in the Education Inspection Framework has changed the focus of Inspections. This education inspection framework (EIF) training is enabling teams to understand better what will be required of them during an inspection. This will help reduce stress and allow for better performance. With this Education Inspection Framework (EIF) training now in place, it is more essential than ever to understand how we can meet the standards that are being set for us as Early Years providers by Ofsted.

This Ofsted training for staff will also include information on the new elements such as cultural capital.

During the EIF Inspection course session you will be able to:

  • Examine the Education Inspection Framework and consider its impact on the inspection process
  • Know and understand the key Ofsted criteria including the concepts of British Values, Prevent & Cultural Capital
  • Understand your own and your team’s role during the inspection
  • Have an in-depth understanding of the Learning Walk
  • Identify what evidence Ofsted will require and develop an inspection-ready action plan
