Our unique School Readiness resource is the first of its kind to be developed to support practitioners in preparing children for school. This toolkit contains a set of Practitioner Key Cards (made from NeverTear for durability and complete with lanyard), a durable Practitioner Poster and a USB with additional Parent resources. You ca also buy the keycards separately. The USB content includes a PowerPoint Slideshow for use with Parents, a Parent 'To do at Home' Sheet, for you to print out and give to parents and other resources detailed below.
