Our Accidents section contains all the documents you will need to record and monitor children’s accident history.
Accident Forms have to contain the right information in order to be compliant. Here we not only have these accident forms with extra information regarding head injuries, we have also included the policy and also some useful tracking forms. Do you track each child’s accidents to look for patterns in the child? Do you also track any reported hazards or near misses?
